I received a Warning, what happens after?
A warning notice serves as a reminder to the owner of the vehicle that a Parking Infraction has occurred. Please note that warnings have no set price and do not have to be paid! All warnings are recorded into our system. If the offence reoccurs, the vehicle is subjected to tagging and/or towing at owners expense.

I registered my vehicle and still received a ticket! (Parking Infraction Notice).
If you have registered your vehicle online or telephonically, your license plate will be recorded and submitted to your management. One of common reasons could be, that you have abused the system and have exceeded your monthly limit of registration (please refer to your management or your customer service representative with the maximum allowed limit of registrations per month. Please note that no all properties have a limit). Should you require an extended permission to park, please refer to your management.

Another reason could be that you might have misspelled the address, license plate number or your voice mail was not clear. Make sure you follow the directions during the recording prior to registering your vehicle.

When you register via www.opapermit.com, you will receive a confirmation number to the e-mail you have provided. When inquiring regarding a ticket (a.k.a . Parking Infraction Notice) with us, please have the confirmation number ready so we can assist you much faster.

Please note that registrations are not valid for Reserved Parking, Tennant Parking, Loading Zone Parking, Fire Routes, Non-Designated spots and etc. Registrations are only valid for VISITOR PARKING ONLY or CUSTOMER PARKING ONLY.

What is a Visitor Properly Code?
Visitor Property Cods’ purpose is to make your registration simpler and faster so that you have less time trying to register and more time enjoying your company. A visitor property code is a 4-5 digit number was created especially for your property (it’s usually located on the back of your fridge magnet or in your monthly news letter).

Once your select the appropriate code for your property, you will NOT be required to type your address in! Our system is designed to recognize the address and it will automatically be sent to our database, making visitor registration faster and error proof.

My vehicle was towed, how do I get it back?
